Look into my eyes. Gotcha don’t I? My name is Cocoa. I am smooth and sweet with a little kick to keep you on your toes. I walk well with a little help from a Halti or Gentle Leader harness but sometimes my inner self takes over and I can bark. I like most dogs but if a dog acts out toward me --- well a girl must do what a girl must do and let them know I will not stand for that. I do love to play – play tug, play keep away any kind of fun engagement we can do is a fun time for me. Since I love to jump maybe some agility might be fun. Let’s explore and see what else I can do. See when I came into rescue I was a little heavy but they got that weight off me and now I am ready to paint the town with you. I actually have been around a few kids – recently these 7 yr. old girls and I loved the interaction and was at my best. Am I perfect—no – I do get in trouble for checking out the counters but heck there are always good things up there and I am very special. I still need a little work to fit in and find my place but like any fine sweet confection with a little work and imagination I will become that sweet indulgence you are looking for.
