Meet Phoenix! This sweet boy was brought into the Washington County Animal Shelter as a stray with a gun shot wound to his mouth. He quickly received the necessary Vet care and is a true survivor! We do not understand why people do the cruel things they do but are so glad to have Phoenix here with us now to help him find the forever home he deserves. Phoenix is always looking for love and doesn't mind bath time! He had the best zoomies getting dried off. If you have another dog and are interested in Phoenix please call the shelter to schedule a meet and greet!
