Meet Maynard! This sweet, energetic soul is a cautious fellow who takes a little time to warm up to new people. Once he does, you'll see his happy spins of excitement! Maynard walks nicely on a leash, knows basic commands, and has a love for water and playing with a ball. He was found with a female dog, but we haven't properly introduced him to other dogs here yet, as he's currently a bit underweight. If you're looking for a lively and loving companion, Maynard could be the perfect fit for you! Check back in for more progress and information on this newcomer. Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert. All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated. The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300 (unless a reduced fee applies ) APPLY NOW May 17, 2024, 4:34 pmAdoption processYou will first need to stop by our rescue and meet our dogs! If interested in one of our dogs you will need to fill out an application. We also do a home visit if in the area, to make sure you have a secure and a dog-friendly environment. If out of the Siskiyou county area we can easily make other arrangements. Our adoption donation is $195.00. We have a reduced rate for seniors, the disabled, and veterans. Our "Senior for Senior" program offers a further discount and can help with the cost of dog ownership. The adoption fee for puppies who grew up at the Ranch (or in foster here) includes spay/neutering when old enough and is $295.00. All of our dogs are up to date on shots, heart worm tested and any medical issue are treated. Every dog that is going to a new home must be spayed or neutered before they leave Rescue Ranch.Shelter locationWe are located in Yreka Ca. 2216 Oberlin Road.
